THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant to drive functional excellence across Core HR and organizational management.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of Employee Central solutions, work closely with business and technical stakeholders, and shape reliable, secure, and scalable HR processes.

YOUR IMPACT

• Lead functional activities across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Design, configure, and optimize Core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage organizational structures, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Position Management, workflows, and Business Rules.
• Ensure effective Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and secure access to employee data.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions, specifications, and configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and support continuous system improvement.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, production support, and collaboration with integration teams.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and appropriate data privacy controls.
• Guide junior consultants and facilitate communication between HR, IT, and technical teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including strong hands-on Employee Central expertise.
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core certification.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR, organizational management, and Employee Central configuration.
• Practical experience with Business Rules, workflows, Foundation/MDF Objects, and Position Management.
• Understanding of RBP, security concepts, and Employee Central integrations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence in leading functional discussions and driving issues to resolution.

NICE TO HAVE

• Additional SAP SuccessFactors module experience or certifications.
• Experience with global, multi-country implementations.
• Knowledge of reporting and integration dependencies.
• Background in implementation, enhancement, or AMS engagements.
