Zone Brand Lead

University Degree - Business or Marketing Background., Strong marketing experience in recognized OTC/FMCG companies at country and/or Zone level with proven track record of stretch business growth and brand building (measures via share growth and brand equity growth)., Strong track record in strategic & operational marketing as well as innovation, Flair for creativity and building effective relationships with creative agencies, Strong leadership skills (experienced in leading teams including direct report relationships, cross-functional teams as well as effective intercultural leadership acumen)., Excellent people and communication skills, ability to operate and influence in a diverse and complex matrix environment, and ability to build sustainable social relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders., Experience in effective cross-functional engagement with e.g. Supply Chain, Industrial Development, Market Research, Medical and Regulatory., Experience in P&L management and accountability., International experience (experience working outside of own cultural environment / across multiple countries preferred)., Fluent knowledge English and other CEE language
