About the project

Your responsibilities

• Oversee the rollout of the Workflow platform (WEBCON) across the organization
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Chapter Lead, internal teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Track project progres and identify risks
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for the workflow solution
• Ensuring continuous business operations and service stability

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in workflow transformation or platform implementation
• Proven involvement in at least one major Workflow platform deployment, ideally WEBCON
• Solid understanding of workflow systems, governance models, and risk management
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in an international environment
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Readiness to work from the office in Wrocław when needed, and readiness to travel for business to international locations
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
