Windows Servers Developer 📍 Location: Poland, remoteWe are looking for an experienced Windows Servers Developer with a strong background in Windows server environments, virtualization, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administration, troubleshooting, and managing enterprise-level infrastructure.Role OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Windows-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems. You will work with Active Directory services, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments while following ITIL processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2008 / 2012)Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory servicesHandle Domain Controllers, including configuration and supportManage core infrastructure services such as:DNSDHCPGroup PolicyActive Directory replicationSupport and maintain Windows Clustering environmentsPerform server security patching and updatesWork with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere)Manage VM lifecycle operations including cloning, templates, and snapshotsCollaborate on cloud infrastructure using hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Follow and contribute to ITIL-based processes and best practicesRequired Skills & Experience6–8 years of experience in Windows Server administrationStrong expertise in Windows Server 2008 / 2012 environmentsSolid experience with Active Directory and related servicesHands-on experience with VMware vSphere (5.x / 6.x)Knowledge of vMotion, DRS, and High Availability (HA)Familiarity with Windows clustering and infrastructure managementExperience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices
