Meeder Wealth Management is a Dublin, Ohio-based wealth management firm that provides investment advisory, financial planning, and retirement plan services to its individual and institutional clients. Services are offered through Summit Financial, LLC, a SEC-Registered Investment Adviser, doing business as Meeder Wealth Management.

The Meeder Wealth Management Team is a group of experienced professionals who are committed to upholding our core values in every aspect of our work. We are seeking an experienced advisor with an accomplished track record to help our existing clients in managing their financial strategies while also bringing new clients to our firm.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as primary advisor for any client that may be assigned from Meeder Wealth Management’s existing client book.
• Handle all aspects of client reviews and servicing.
• Grow our business strategically by cultivating new client business.
• Build and deliver consistent message to existing and prospective clients that properly reflects Meeder Wealth Management’s core values, philosophy, and history.
• Consistently and accurately manage information within the CRM software platform.
• Collaborate with other members of the firm in marketing to new client prospects, as well as client transition for ongoing service.
• Share expertise to effectively grow and enhance other team members’ business development capabilities.
• Keep abreast of current industry developments and maintain high level of understanding of the wealth management industry.

• Strong understanding and belief in all solutions available to clients.
• Strong knowledge of the investment business and strong understanding of financial planning concepts.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Ability to connect with potential clients and build relationships on an individual basis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team player who works collaboratively with others.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of financial advisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or a related field.
• Ability to transition existing client book of business is preferred but not required.
• FINRA Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam (Series 65).
• CFP or other professional financial services industry designation preferred (completed or in progress).
