-experience in warehouse operations (outbound experience is a plus),, -experience in team coordination and willingness to take responsibility for a team,, -good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities,, -proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset,, -fluency in Polish and good comamnd of English,, -knowledge of warehouse systems (e.g. WMS) , -excel skills, , Nice to have:, -experience in KPI tracking or working with performance metrics,, -experience in a fast-paced / e-commerce environment., , What matters most to us:, , -willingness to grow into a managerial role,, -ownership mindset and accountability,, -ability to work with people and build a strong team
