Hands-on Leadership: You are an experienced Warehouse Manager who leads by example. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves on the warehouse floor when needed., Operational Expertise: You have a proven track record in managing complex warehouse operations, ideally within a fast-paced or technical environment., Ownership Mentality: You understand that things aren’t perfect from day zero and that you cannot always wait for other teams – and you thrive in that freedom to actively bring forward and implement your own solutions., Analytical Rigor without missing the Big Picture: You are proactive, structured, and able to balance the "big picture" with meticulous attention to detail. You love data and use it to extract actionable insights., Tech-Savviness: Seamless navigation through ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Netsuite) and advanced skills in GSheets/Excel are taken for granted., Communication: Native speaker of Polish and fluent in English. You can bridge the gap between hardware, supply chain, and ground operations., Licenses: Class B driving license and a valid forklift/reach truck operating license is required. While you won’t typically operate forklifts, you should be able to step in when needed.
