About the project

Your responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by supporting the end-to-end vendor financial management process
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders: Technical Teams, Finance, Operations Managers, Procurement, and Cost Management
• Maintain reports and MI to facilitate planning for vendor contracts and renewals
• Create dashboards and reports for critical financial processes
• Produce regular management reporting and ad-hoc analysis for vendor management
• Support global contract cost allocations, rate setting, and business cases
• Update forecasts and manage budget/funding and workforce requirements

• Solid vendor management knowledge and financial/commercial awareness
• Experience in vendor management within a global, large organization (preferably financial services)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
• Innovative thinking and ability to challenge conventional approaches
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience operating in a complex matrix environment
• Knowledge of external environment (regulatory, market, competitor)
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
