VDI Platform Engineer (Citrix / Azure)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:VDI Platform Engineer (Citrix/Azure)Hybrid work model - 3x office/2x work from home per weekLocations: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź, WarszawaResponsibilities:Act as a technical expert within the VDI domain, covering both cloud and on-premises Citrix environmentsSupport platform ownership and architecture governance of the Citrix VDI ecosystemDefine and maintain operational standards and procedures (SOPs) for the VDI platformEnsure operational quality, stability, and performance of the environmentEvaluate and implement changes impacting platform stability, performance, and securityParticipate in VDI transformation and modernization initiatives, including cloud adoptionCollaborate with internal teams such as security, networking, compliance, and architectureWork closely with vendors and technology partners on roadmap alignment and platform improvementsEnsure the platform operates in line with security and regulatory requirementsRequirements:8+ years of experience working with Citrix-based VDI platformsStrong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and enterprise VDI environmentsHands-on experience with Citrix DaaS and hybrid cloud/on-premise VDI architecturesExperience designing and operating VDI environments in Microsoft AzureUnderstanding of VDI image lifecycle management (golden images, patching, versioning)Understanding of VDI performance optimization, capacity planning and platform stabilityKnowledge of Azure networking, identity integration (AD / Entra ID) and hybrid connectivityExperience working with security standards and compliance requirements in enterprise environmentsVery good command of English (oral and written)Nice to have:Experience with Citrix Flex Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
