UX Engineer (React + Tailwind)

Summary: We are seeking a UX Engineer who specializes in developing high-quality web interfaces that accurately convey design intents through React and Tailwind CSS. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless user experience by effectively collaborating with product design and development teams.Main Responsibilities:* Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces in React.* Implement design systems utilizing Tailwind CSS and component libraries.* Convert Figma layouts into clean and maintainable front-end code.* Collaborate with Product Design to enhance interaction, hierarchy, and usability.* Optimize user interface performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.* Maintain shared UI components and comprehensive documentation.Key Requirements:* Strong knowledge of React (including hooks and component architecture).* Deep expertise in Tailwind CSS.* Solid fundamentals in HTML/CSS.* Experience in collaborating directly with designers and utilizing design systems.* Familiarity with modern frontend tooling such as Vite or Next.js.Nice to Have:* Experience with animation libraries like Framer Motion or GSAP.* Familiarity with design tokens and theming.* Exposure to enterprise or internal tools.Other Details: This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with a job duration of 6 months that is extendable.
