Your responsibilities

• Develop user journeys, structural layouts, detailed mockups, and interactive concepts
• Guide the development and maintenance of a unified visual and interaction framework
• Conduct research to identify expectations, behaviors, and challenges of end users
• Analyze market trends to uncover opportunities for improvement
• Work with internal stakeholders and technical experts to align requirements and designs
• Simplify intricate operational processes into intuitive digital solutions

Our requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in user experience design
• Experience designing complex digital tools for large organizations
• Ability to independently lead extensive UX initiatives from planning to delivery
• Portfolio showcasing a structured design approach supported by research and data
• Ability to work on-site several days per week in a hybrid model
• Strong command of English in both written and spoken communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
