Key responsibilities include:Contribute to the evolution of our UI language, emphasizing premium craft.Strengthen storytelling for Key Fashion Moments (such as seasonal launches and designer collaborations).Mentor designers to enhance their UI skills and provide clear guidance on visual quality.Collaborate with product designers, developers, product managers, and key stakeholders.Bring trend awareness and visual inspiration grounded in premium design principles.Key Requirements:Candidates must possess the following qualifications:Experience in e-commerce with luxury or premium brands.Strong UI design capabilities with an eye for pixel-perfect work.Proficient in interaction design, including flows, transitions, and micro-interactions.Familiarity with agile or product-led environments and design systems.Demonstrated leadership skills in creative contexts.Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.Nice to Have:Additional expertise in the following areas is advantageous:Experience with cross-platform design patterns.Ability to provide taste-driven feedback and mentor junior designers.
