Turbine Mechanical Design Technical Leader

Advanced experience in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering/Technology, demonstrated through:, A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or, A high school diploma with significant relevant industry experience, Demonstrated, successful experience in steam turbine mechanical design, Ability to plan, document, and execute engineering programs effectively, Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, including experience working across multiple locations and cultures, Strong working knowledge of NX CAD and modern Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, Solid understanding of steam turbine operation, performance, and analysis, Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally, including to manufacturing sites and customer locations, Willingness and ability to provide on-site engineering support during manufacturing, installation, and outage activities as required, Established project management skills, Collaborative, inclusive, and empowering leadership behaviors, Strong commitment to on-time delivery and quality outcomes
