Wymagania

3+ years’ experience in treasury or financial operations within a multinational environment (EUR >2bn revenue), Hands-on experience with:, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Payment connectivity (H2H, SWIFT), Proven experience managing high-volume, complex treasury operations, Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field, Professional treasury qualification (e.g. ACT, CTP) preferred, Fluency in English (B2 Minimum), Advanced knowledge of cash management structures (accounts, cash-pooling, payments), Strong understanding of financial markets and banking products (FX / Money Markets), Deep understanding of controls, audit, and compliance frameworks (SOX / ICFR exposure advantageous), Expertise in TMS, ERP integration, and banking connectivity, Strong data governance and attention to detail in high-volume environments, Excellent stakeholder management across international teams, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset, Clear communicator with ability to guide and mentor others, Openness to a hybrid work model (min. 3 days in the office) and occasional monthly travel.
