Travel Specialist – Job Overview

We are looking for a Travel Specialist to coordinate and manage all employee travel arrangements, mainly for technician rotations and daily operations. The role includes booking flights, accommodation and transport, handling last-minute changes, and supporting employees with travel documentation and queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Organising international travel and accommodation
• Managing daily booking changes and itineraries
• Supporting employees and office staff with travel queries
• Monitoring travel costs and ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Cooperating with travel agencies and suppliers to optimise costs and processes

Requirements

• Experience in travel coordination, logistics or similar field
• Good IT and online booking system skills
• Fluent English
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
• Proactive, service-oriented and communicative team player

Additional Information

• We are looking for someone available to start immediately during a period of high workload
