Manage booking and execution of transportation loads, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for Carriers, handling issue resolution and exceptions. Address unrouteable shipments within expected timelines. Monitor carrier status updates (in-transit, appointment, delivered, etc.) and proactively manage transportation exceptions. Communicate effectively with Customer Service and Warehouses regarding delivery changes. Collaborate with Internal Supply Chain teams and Logistics Service Providers to optimize transportation operations.
