Transport Planner

The position requires working in a rotating shift system between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, according to a predefined schedule. Your responsibilities would include: Execute daily transportation planning activities, including load consolidation, mode selection, and route optimization.Manage booking and execution of transportation loads, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.Serve as the primary point of contact for Carriers, handling issue resolution and exceptions.Address unrouteable shipments within expected timelines.Monitor carrier status updates (in-transit, appointment, delivered, etc.) and proactively manage transportation exceptions.Communicate effectively with Customer Service and Warehouses regarding delivery changes.Collaborate with Internal Supply Chain teams and Logistics Service Providers to optimize transportation operations.Continuously seeking out opportunities to improve current processes You are a good candidate if you have: Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain ManagementExperience with SAP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar platformsProven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with Local Teams & CarriersDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle daily operational activities efficientlyStrong professional communication and interpersonal skillsFluent English & Polish (spoken and written) to communicate effectivelyWhat we offer: Private Medical HealthcarePerformance bonusPluxee cardLife insuranceReferral programDevelopment opportunitiesLocal and global job opportunities within HEINEKENHybrid work modelAt HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
