Transport Operations Support Officer

Education:, • Degree in Logistics, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., , Experience:, • 1–3 years of experience in transport operations, logistics coordination, or similar administrative functions., • Basic understanding of transport documentation (CMR), VAT processes, and rate structures., , Technical Skills:, • Proficiency in MS Office., • Experience with TMS or SAP is an advantage., , Languages:, • Polish and English (spoken and written); an additional European language is an asset., , Soft Skills:, • Strong organizational and time management skills., • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation., • Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment., • Good communication skills with operational teams and carriers.
