university/Master's degree, 5-10 years relevant experience, thinking strategically and holistically, continuous Process Improvement (CPI) mindset and expertise, experience in working within a complex international organization, being familiarized with strategy development/deployment, knowledge and experience in defining and delivering change management methodology that fits strategy delivery and transformation in international context, can lead by example in terms of change management skills E.g.:, o engaging & influencing stakeholders at different organizational levels, o demonstrating exceptional communication skills, o motivating & inspiring people (story-telling), o working in ambiguous situations, o managing and overcoming resistance, o challenging status quo and existing truths, o demonstrating cultural/organisational sensitivity
