Transformation Analyst, Claims

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, Professional experience in business analysis or a related role, Robust understanding of core insurance processes, including Claims preferred, Proficiency in business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools, Experience in applying Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational improvements, Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments, Experience with project management concepts and practices, effective data analysis or visualization and presentation skills, effective problem solving and critical thinking skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, Commitment to integrity, client focus, excellence, and teamwork, Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
