Transfer Pricing Team Leader

University degree (preferred: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or related)., Min. 2 years of recent experience in Transfer Pricing or similar area., 3+ years of people management experience (Team Leader level)., English language (min. B2) other languages skills will be an advantage, SSC experience is a strong advantage., Hands-on experience with TP documentation and audits., Good knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local TP regulations., Ability to interpret complex tax rules and turn them into clear, practical guidance., Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk assessment skills., Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines., Strategic mindset and ability to see the bigger picture (incl. VAT optimization)., Strong communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders, advisors and tax authorities.
