Test Manager

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager to take ownership of end-to-end testing across complex business systems. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and governance of testing activities to ensure solutions are ready for release.You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders, align test approach and scope, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure clear structure across SIT, E2E, and regression testing.Responsibilities Plan and lead testing activities across multiple functional areasAlign test scope, strategy, and quality goals with stakeholdersConfirm readiness of configurations, developments, environments, and integrationsCoordinate and allocate test resources across teamsDefine test scenarios, test data, and reusable test assetsPrepare detailed daily test plans and manage executionTrack and manage defects, risks, and dependenciesDefine and agree exit criteria for SIT and E2E testingIdentify and manage regression test scopeReport progress and issues clearly to stakeholdersKey Requirements 10+ years of experience in software testing and test leadership rolesSolid experience with test planning, scoping, and test analysisExperience leading testing in ERP or large enterprise system landscapes. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is beneficialBackground in Retail, Sales, or Finance domainsStrong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologiesExperience with test automation at coordination or strategy levelUnderstanding of system integrations and data flowsExposure to performance, load, or stress testingExperience working in agile delivery environmentsAbility to work close to the business and communicate clearly with stakeholdersOther detailsStart: ASAPDuration: 11 monthsLocation: CopenhagenLanguage: English and DanishThis is a contract assignment.
