Test Manager

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the testing strategy for MVB capabilities in 2026 and beyond to validate MVB risk reduction and recovery robustness. You will support the set-up of MVB testing and define a long-term testing plan, ensuring all dependencies for delivery are clearly understood.Key responsibilitiesDevelop a comprehensive testing strategy for MVB capabilities in 2026 and onwards to validate MVB risk reductionEstablish detailed testing strategies to ensure robust recovery capabilities and validate MVB plansDefine dependencies for delivery of testing in 2026Support the set-up of MVB testing and define a long-term testing planDesign and implement testing strategies for MVB response and recovery (awareness, discrete, integrated and co-ordinated testing)Perform risk assessments and develop realistic disaster scenariosRefine testing strategies based on feedback and changing circumstancesCommunicate testing strategies to stakeholders, ensure buy‑in and compliance with regulatory requirementsIdeal candidate profileStrong experience as a Testing ManagerFluent English, both spoken and writtenDeep understanding of the financial services industry, banking products and services and the regulatory environmentDeep understanding of business continuity and crisis management in the context of cyber resilience, including recovery methods, documentation and technologiesExperience with technology stacks in large banks and establishing disaster recovery processes across business and technologyUnderstanding of risk assessment, mitigation strategies and recovery planning, with a focus on testingExperience in developing, implementing and testing business continuity plans (table-top, scenario and technology testing)Ability to design, analyse and test disaster scenarios to evaluate recovery plansBackground in technology infrastructure and systems testing to ensure robustness and recovery capabilitiesProven track record of managing complex testing projects, including planning, execution and monitoring of recovery testsUnderstanding of banking regulatory requirements and compliance standards to ensure testing strategies meet expectationsStrong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams involved in testing recovery plansExperience working with senior stakeholders and regulators (nice to have)ConditionsB2B contract with an hourly rate of 100–130 PLN netHybrid work model: 3 days per week on sitePrivate medical careLife insuranceMultisport cardRecruitment stepsInitial phone call with a recruiter (20–30 minutes)Technical verification call with the clientInterview with the clientFinal feedback and decision
