emagine is looking for a Test Lead with experience in cloud-based Financial ERP implementations for implementing Workday financials to one of our financial clients in Stockholm.Start: 2026-MayEnd: 2027-JanuaryLocation: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Introduction & SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with extensive experience in cloud-based Financial ERP implementations to support our implementation of Workday Financials. This role is crucial for planning, coordinating, and supervising all testing activities, ensuring they are structured and aligned with overall project objectives.Main ResponsibilitiesThe Test Lead will be responsible for:Supporting the definition of test scope and objectives.Creating and maintaining detailed schedules for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Ensuring testers have necessary training and access in Azure DevOps and Workday.Coordinating test activities with functional teams and business testers.Monitoring overall test progress and communicating updates to project leadership.Providing guidance on testing processes post go-live.Key RequirementsMust have:Strong understanding of ERP processes, preferably Workday Finance.Experience with structured test processes in ERP or large transformations.Solid knowledge of test case design, traceability, and defect management.A minimum of 2 years’ experience using Azure DevOps for test management.Ability to support business in writing clear and comprehensive test cases.Nice to HavePreferred skills include:Experience with cloud-based Financial ERP implementation methodologies.Familiarity with Change Management processes.Prior experience in training coordination.
