Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing test strategies.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps tools and processes, with the ability to conceptualize secure development pipelines.
• Advanced data analytical skills to create and track QA metrics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.
