Test Developer

Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios (manual and automated)
Create test plans and support test planning activities
Track, analyze, and report test progress, risks, and quality status
Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team, Management)
Contribute to team goals and continuous improvement in an agile setup

Education: preferably higher education (technical or a related field)
Experience: 2+ years in a related field, including hands on experience with software testing and QA processes
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong quality mindset and attention to detail
ISTQB Foundation certification (nice to have)
Motivation to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
Willingness to learn and apply AI to improve and automate processes
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (a plus)

Full-time work agreement, with a permanent contract after 3 months
