Test Architect (with German)

What you will do

• You are a member of a team working for a client in the German finance or insurance industry.
• You will advise our customers on the strategic (re-)alignment and conception of their software testing.
• Based on established models for test process improvement such as TPI NEXT, you will analyze existing testing processes and identify improvement approaches.
• You evaluate test tools regarding requirements and support the conception of the use of selected tools.
• In the role of a test architect, you will be able to manage the implementation of developed concepts in practice.
• You will contribute your experience and know-how to the coaching of our customers' test teams.
• You meet with your team once a month in the office in Katowice to plan your work and discuss progress.

Requirements

• Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or similar.
• You can provide certificates (ISTQB or other) as proof of your knowledge of test methodology.
• You have extensive experience in testing and test management in classic and agile software development projects and have in-depth knowledge of models for evaluating and improving test processes such as TPI NEXT.
• You have a good overview of the test and test automation tools available on the market and have sound knowledge of the design of end-to-end tool chains.
• Strong analytical skills, a structured approach and a high level of quality awareness are the basis of your work.
• Very good communication skills in Polish and English. German language is a plus**.**
