Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Strategic Partner Sales, preferably within the payments, FinTech, POS, or IT/software industries.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating and launching significant commercial partnerships or reseller agreements.
- Strong understanding of the Polish ISV landscape for POS/sales management software (HoReCa, Retail) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initial concept to live production.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Polish and English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires cross-functional collaboration.

- Technical fluency to discuss API integrations, SDKs, and basic architecture concepts with development teams.
- Familiarity with the Polish payment processing regulations.
- A strategic mindset with a hunter mentality for new opportunities.
