Acting as a close partner to the Chief Technology Officer, you will support strategic technology management, enterprise architecture, and governance while working closely with senior business and technology leaders.Key responsibilities include:Supporting strategic management of the technology domain, including priorities, roadmaps, and standardsRepresenting the technology function in leadership forums and cross-functional initiativesEnsuring consistency of enterprise architecture and core retail systems (e.g. POS, ERP, e-commerce, WMS, OMS)Contributing to governance, portfolio management, and major transformation programsCoordinating strategic initiatives such as store and logistics digitalizationStrengthening collaboration between technology and business teamsIdentifying risks, monitoring technology trends, and recommending development directionsMentoring technology leaders and expertsAfter 18 months: readiness to step into a senior technology leadership role with strong strategic and operational capabilities.Profile:Experience in technology management within retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or multi-site/international environmentsStrong strategic mindset and ability to lead cross-functional initiativesExperience working closely with C-level stakeholdersFluency in English (min.
