Technical Writer, 80-100% (f/m/x)

Your tasks

What's it all about? 

• You work with agile Scrum teams on innovative products for cybersecurity and for testing critical automation and control systems in the energy sector.
• You create and maintain user-centered hardware and software documentation and interface texts in English.
• You collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand product functionality and user needs.
• You analyze requirements to design helpful, intuitive, and clear user guidance.
• You coordinate and oversee translation and localization projects.
• You contribute to improving our documentation processes, workflows, and terminology management.
• You work with the marketing team to publish additional materials related to cybersecurity, automation, and control systems.

• You have a good understanding of terminology management, translation workflows, and how they impact documentation quality.
• You have interest in technical topics – a technical background is a plus, but curiosity and openness toward our field of expertise are equally valued.
• You have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• You have creativity, flexibility, and strong time‑management skills.
• You have solid proficiency in English, ideally with additional skills in German
