Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven solutions in international projects
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and risks across AI/ML initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, business stakeholders)
• Translate business needs into technical delivery plans and AI solution roadmaps
• Oversee implementation of AI-powered systems (e.g., LLM, automation, predictive models)
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and compliance requirements
• Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting
• Support adoption and scaling of AI solutions across the organization

Our requirements

• 8+ years of experience as Technical Project Manager / IT Project Manager
• Experience in AI, ML, or advanced analytics projects
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, and modern software architectures
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum or hybrid delivery models
• Ability to manage technical teams and complex stakeholder environments
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and data/AI platforms
• Strong risk, dependency, and change management skills
• Excellent English (C1)
