Working for the Service Delivery Manager, under supervision of the Technical Support Supervisor, the purpose of this client-facing role is to provide administrator level support to clients of Enovation. The Technical Support Specialist will provide first/second level support through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or service requests, using our ticket management system.

Wymagania

Must complete all mandatory compliance training as assigned in learning.enovation.ie, including but not limited to:, Staff Handbook and GDPR, Relevant ISO policies, Security training, Very strong English language verbal and written communication skills., Customer Service – an understanding of the principles of good customer service and its application, including assessing clients’ needs, meeting quality standards for service and evaluation of client satisfaction. , Highly organised and able to manage their own workload on multiple projects., Strong technical skills in tools used by customers - O365, Azure, and sundry plugins, Problem Solving, Core product prior knowledge is an asset e.g. Moodle, Totara,
