Your responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer service tickets (approx. 80% of daily work)
• Provide 1st/2nd line technical support for IoT / smart metering solutions
• Analyze data flow issues from meters → gateways → software platforms
• Communicate with German-speaking customers (mainly written, partly spoken)
• Support customers with configuration and usage of:
• gateways and connectivity
• sensor / meter portfolio
• software portals for data collection and analysis
• Cooperate closely with internal technical and sales teams
• Gradually support pre-sales activities, e.g.:
• suggesting suitable solutions
• subscription extensions or additional services
• Occasionally visit customers on-site (up to 10% travel)

Employer requirements

• Fluent German (written and spoken - mandatory)
• Fluent Polish (mandatory)
• Good English (internal communication)
• Technical background (IT, electronics, telecommunications, IoT or similar)
• Experience in technical customer support, service desk or helpdesk
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical problems
• Interest in IT, electronics and data-driven systems

Optional

• Experience in 2nd line support
• Knowledge of ticketing systems
• Basic understanding of IoT, connectivity or networks
• Experience working with data, logs or system diagnostics
• Basic coding knowledge (not required)
