About the project

Your responsibilities

• Providing technical leadership in the area of OT security and Network Access Control (NAC)
• Designing, implementing, and overseeing secure network architectures (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD‑WAN)
• Defining and enforcing network security standards, including firewalls, RADIUS, and 802.1X
• Acting as a technical authority for routing, switching, and network access solutions
• Leading and mentoring a geographically distributed team of network engineers and software developers
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Working closely with DevOps and Agile teams to align networking and security with modern delivery practices
• Supporting vendor and technology selection, architecture decisions, and technical documentation

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong expertise in routing and switching
• Hands‑on experience with LAN, WAN, VPN, and network security
• Practical knowledge of Cisco networking technologies
• Experience with SD‑WAN, firewalls, RADIUS, and IEEE 802.1X
• Proven experience managing geographically distributed teams of software developers and network engineers
• Experience working with DevOps and Agile development processes and tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Very good command of the English language
