Team Lead (.NET)

Our Client is an international technology company providing modern SaaS tools that help organizations manage and optimize their business travel processes.We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a technical background in .NET and a product-oriented environment, who is ready to take on the challenge of organizing the team, managing processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.📍 Work model: Warsaw – hybrid (3 days in the office)🧑‍💻 Your responsibilitiesLeading a team of developers, including work planning, prioritization, and monitoring task delivery.Implementing and enforcing working standards, documentation, and processes aligned with client requirements and the Working Backwards methodology.Providing technical guidance to the team, ensuring code quality, and collaborating on system architecture development.Participating in project reviews, defining deadlines, and being responsible for the timely delivery of features.Close collaboration with Product Managers to distribute tasks and define the product roadmap.🔍 What we expect from youProven experience in leading development teams and delivering projects in a product environment.Hands-on experience with C# / .NET, enabling effective technical support for the team.Strong ability to plan work and enforce deadlines in demanding environments.Excellent interpersonal skills and experience mentoring engineers.Very good English skills (C1 level).Nice to have:Experience in transportation-related solutions (rail, aviation, automotive transport).Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Docker, SQL, Redis.🤝 Why is it worth joining?Stable cooperation based on a B2B contract.Work in a dynamic, experienced team within an international environment.Opportunity to have a real impact on products and team processes.Hybrid work model – 3 days in the office in Warsaw.Opportunity to further develop both managerial and technical competencies.Friendly and partnership-based culture focused on efficiency and quality.Thank you for all applications.
