As a Platform Team Lead, your mission will be to accelerate developer productivity across the entire CI/CD lifecycle. You will build platform-oriented infrastructure and tooling using an AI-first approach. This is a hybrid leadership role where you will manage a team of talented engineers while remaining a hands-on technical contributor.We offerRate: 170-180 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B).Location: 100% remoteLanguage: English is the primary languageProject Duration: Long-term engagement.Recruitment Process: Streamlined 2-stage technical interview process.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Mentoring: Manage, coach, and lead a squad of engineers, conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the roadmap for initiatives focused on CI/CD productivity and developer experience.Architecture: Design and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable internal tooling via Infrastructure as Code (IaC).AI Integration: Act as an AI 'power user,' building AI-based automations and leveraging an AI-first approach to infrastructure.End-to-End Ownership: Manage projects from conception to delivery, including resource allocation, planning, and stakeholder management.Technical Contribution: Participate in design, task planning, and high-level troubleshooting alongside your team.RequirementsTechnical Background: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Software, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Developer.Leadership Experience: 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in people management/leadership.Development Skills: Significant experience with Python, Groovy, and Bash.Cloud & Containers: Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, and experience with orchestrators like Kubernetes, Docker, or ECS.CI/CD & IaC: Proven track record with Terraform, Jenkins, and building full application release cycles.AI Proficiency: Experience building AI-based automations and utilizing modern AI tools.Systems & Networking: Strong understanding of both Windows and Linux administration, as well as networking foundations (TCP/IP, DNS).What Makes You Stand OutExperience with AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI, MCP, or RAG solutions.Strong knowledge of security principles (Threat modeling, Risk management).A BA/BS in Computer Science.Experience in a 'Product-led' engineering environment and Agile practices.
