Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field., 5+ years of experience in credit underwriting, collections, or risk management; experience with the Polish market is highly preferred., 2+ years of experience in managing and leading credit operations teams., Analytical mindset and strong judgment to make balanced, risk‑based credit decisions., Proven ability to build scalable processes and workflows, balancing speed, quality, and risk management., Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills., Fluency in Polish and English required; additional languages are an asset.
