Tax Process Coordinator

Zakres obowiązków Oversee a team of Tax Analysts, and support operations for EMEA tax processes Oversee Transfer Pricing documentation, reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions Supervise Tax-related activities, including reporting, reconciliations, and cooperation with external advisors Ensure tax processes are compliant with local and international regulations Act as a subject matter expert for Transfer Pricing topics within the organisation Coordinate with internal finance teams and external tax advisors Support tax audits, reviews, and documentation requests Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardisation within the group Participate in tax-related projects and system/process implementations Wymagania A successful Tax Process Coordinator should have: A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. Proven expertise in EMEA transfer pricing and tax compliance within the industrial and manufacturing industry (in-house or advisory). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing and/or mentoring a team and/or supporting junior colleagues. Proficiency in financial reporting and related software.
