Tax Manager

Master’s degree or specialization in Taxation; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law will be acceptable, Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CTA, Strong knowledge of current local tax laws and regulations (Polish tax law), Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate tax, ideally in a multinational environment or Big Four accounting firms, Proven track record in tax compliance, audits, and advisory, Familiarity with international tax principles (OECD guidelines, transfer pricing), Fluent in Polish and English and strong communication and collaboration skills, Analytical and problem-solving abilities, Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and tax software, Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, Willingness to travel
