Talent Development Specialist (F/M)

university degree (preferably in HR, psychology, management, or a related field), min. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a complex organization, experience in delivering training and workshops (online and in-person) across different organizational levels, ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders and to build strong, lasting relationships, proactive in following trends and developments in learning and development, experience in creating, adapting, and translating training materials, as well as preparing internal communications, high level of independence, proactivity, and strong organizational skills, advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint), fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written, experience in an international environment is a plus
