Your tasks may include:Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with end‑to‑end recruitment activities for various European affiliatesManaging job postings and ensuring visibility across channelsConducting CV screenings and participating in candidate shortlistingScheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers across different countriesSupporting sourcing initiatives, and talent market researchHelping to drive TA process improvements and participating in international recruitment projectsProviding general administrative support to the People Services Talent Acquisition teamJob Profile Criteria :Student status, ideally during Master's degree studies (preferred fields of study: Human Resource Management, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, etc.)Availability of at least 30 hours per weekAvailability for on-site work in our office in Poznań (hybrid model)Very good command of English - a must, other European language is a plusInterest in recruitment, HR, and working in a multicultural environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProactive mindset and willingness to take initiativeA team player who loves collaborating across bordersAdditional assets:Experience in the HR department and recruitment processesKnowledge of additional foreign languagesHave a look at our benefits:An hourly rate of 35 PLN.Hybrid work system - the possibility to work from home two days a week (after the onboarding period).Work in an international environment.Canteen with subsidized meals.On-campus gym facilities.Shop with our brands' products: NIVEA, Bambino, Eucerin at preferential prices.Regular integration meetings for the entire company.Employee referral program.Quarterly gift packages with new products from our brands NIVEA, Bambino, and Eucerin.Opportunities to participate in charitable actions and engage in our volunteer
