You should be used to working in a very high-paced environment and have experience from hiring across commercial and strategic roles.What you will be doingTake full responsibility for and manage the entire recruitment cycle for a wide variety of roles - including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Go‑to‑Market, and various operational functions.Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on organizational design, hiring strategies, and how to create a strong candidate experience.Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for both current and future key roles across important markets.Lead structured recruitment processes that are fast, fair, and focused on delivering strong outcomes.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the very first outreach through to offer and onboarding.Who you areYou have at least five years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally from a fast‑growing environment such as a startup, scale‑up, or VC‑backed company.You have a strong track record of hiring for commercial and strategic roles, including Sales, Business, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy.You take a holistic view of talent - understanding how the right individuals directly influence business outcomes, rather than seeing recruitment as simply filling a position.You have worked through periods of rapid growth and know how to build foundational systems and processes while maintaining high speed and execution.You are collaborative and consultative by nature, yet also comfortable taking ownership and driving work forward independently.You are passionate about people - identifying talent, enabling performance, and supporting long‑term development.You move quickly, iterate often, and prioritize results over unnecessary complexity.You thrive in ambiguity and view challenges as opportunities to build, improve, and innovate.
