Systems Supervisor

Implement, maintain, monitor, follow up, control and improve the systems adopted by BA and implemented in the Plant, keeping its integration, Work under the Corporate coordination and contribute to the general performance of BA Group giving inputs and informing about best practices in place in the plant, Support the plant´s departments, to ensure the compliance and the alignment with the company standards and legal requirements, Prepare and attend internal and external audits. Perform root cause analysis to deviations under his/her responsibility and support all the departments on the same task, identifying corrective actions and ensuring adequate follow-up and effectiveness evaluation., Ensure a “culture” of continuous improvement, detecting and helping to correct problems and studying opportunities to achieve the best performance of the Management systems implemented or to be at the plant, Establish and ensure the fulfilment of monitoring plans (Food safety), Create and ensure fulfilment of drills plan (Food safety), Assist food safety team to complete the respective activities, Develop required data and analyses in accordance with applicable requirements. Knowledge of management systems: ISO 9001, Food Safety STD, (preference to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001), Higher education, Knowledge of English enabling communication in an international environment, Driving License, Availability to travel, Willing to work in industrial environment, Good collaborating/negotiation skills, CV in English language is obligatory
