IT realizations), ensuring progress and success within defined time, budget, and quality parametersAnalyze different brand setups and working methods, evaluate pros and cons, and derive recommendations for future-proof and sustainable developments aligned with brand overall strategyPrepare well-founded proposals for management decisions, supported by qualitative and quantitative argumentsRequirements:Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable fieldProfessional experience in a large organization within logistics and/or process designStrong process understanding combined with exceptional analytical skills; able to structure and clearly communicate complex topicsExcellent organizational skills, a high degree of independence, and effective time managementExperience in implementing IT projects and proficiency in data analyticsKnowledge of English at level C2 and German at level C1Offer:Employment contractSports cardPrivate healthcareBonus systemSubsidized mealsSubsidized studiesSubsidized language coursesGroup life insuranceHybrid workIn-house trainings Permanent job offer.
