University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a comparable discipline, Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to structure complex datasets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights, Solid understanding of Supply Chain Planning and S&OP logic; hands-on exposure through professional experience, internships, or academically demanding projects is expected, Confident working with ERP systems (ideally SAP, preferably S/4HANA) and BI or reporting tools; ability to quickly understand data structures and process logic, Strong numerical skills combined with a good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and business processes in an international context, Ability and confidence to critically review data, identify inconsistencies, and challenge assumptions in discussions with Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders, Fluent English is required for global collaboration;, Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style with a high level of ownership and accountability, Relevant professional experience in supply chain, analytics, controlling, or related fields is an advantage; high-potential early-career candidates are explicitly welcome, Willingness to participate in occasional international business trips, German language skills
