Due to the development of John Deere Bank in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:Supervisor – Global Screening ServicesPoznań, Poland We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supervisor – Global Screening Services to lead our Customer Onboarding – Screening Services team. This role is responsible for overseeing global name screening activities across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of AML/KYC processes, and expertise in sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.
