Opis stanowiska

Due to the development of John Deere Bank in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:Supervisor – Global Screening ServicesPoznań, Poland We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supervisor – Global Screening Services to lead our Customer Onboarding – Screening Services team. This role is responsible for overseeing global name screening activities across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of AML/KYC processes, and expertise in sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening. Your responsibilities:​Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of screening analysts and specialists, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of screening activities.Operational Oversight: Manage daily workflows for global name screening against sanctions lists, PEP databases, adverse media sources, and law enforcement lists.Quality Control: Review escalations and validate decisions on potential matches, ensuring adherence to internal SLAs and regulatory expectations.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for regional compliance teams, resolving complex cases and providing guidance.Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to screening processes, including participation in system tuning and false-positive reduction.Reporting: Prepare and deliver operational metrics, KPIs, and risk indicators to senior management.Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about global sanctions regimes, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.​Our requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Criminology, or a related field – or equivalent working experience.Multiple years of experience in AML/KYC, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong knowledge of global sanctions, PEP classifications, and adverse media screening.Familiarity with screening tools (e.g., World-Check, Dow Jones, LexisNexis).Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.​What we offer:​Employment contract.Strong support for work-life balance, including flexible working hours (start time between 7:00 and 10:00 AM) and a hybrid work model at Business Garden in Poznań.Opportunities for professional development within the company, with strong support for internal career growth.Employee referral program.Additional vacation days based on length of employment.Holiday allowance when taking at least 2 weeks off.Daily use of a foreign language in a friendly international working environment.Private medical care, life insurance, sports card, meal allowance, language courses, a social fund budget, and various additional fun events in our office.Free access to our e-learning platform, featuring over 1,000 courses.
