Summer Internship - Analog Physical Design (m/f/d)

Your tasks may include:

• Learning analog floor planning, layout, place & route
• Working with RC extraction and Static Timing Analysis
• Supporting design-for-manufacturing, physical verification, and formal verification
• Performing power and crosstalk analysis
• Checking incoming deliverables (memories, IOs, core libraries, analog IPs)
• Optimizing designs for area, power, speed, and yield
• Working with design-for-security features
• Verifying bond diagrams

Your Profile:

You are a student enrolled in Electronics, Telematics, or a related technical field and are:

• Are curious about process technology, physics, and CAD methodologies
• Have solid configuration management skills
• Bring strong technical English skills
• Are motivated to learn how semiconductor design works in real-world environments
