Student Employee - Digital & AI Enablement

Working hours: 20 hours per week

We are looking for motivated student employees to support our digital and AI initiatives, combining hands-on technical work with enablement and knowledge sharing.

Your Responsibilities

• Support development of small AI & digital proof of concepts (PoCs)
• Assist with Python scripting, small tools, and data processing
• Build simple prototypes or agents using Microsoft Copilot
• Support automation and integration initiativesHelp with testing, documentation, and debugging
• Contribute to AI & digitalization trainings (materials, demos, examples)
• Capture and share best practices, guidelines, and internal content
• Support communication to make digital topics accessible for non-technical audiences

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or a comparable technical field
• University degree in chemistry, electronics, mechanical engineering, physics or similar as beneficial
• Basic to good programming skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)
• Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English, German skills are asset
• Good analytical skills with attention to details, “out of the Box” thinking and good stress management
• Eagerness to constantly learn and evolve with new technologies and methodologies
