We ensure a seamless match between client needs, project goals, and employee preferences.We’re a group of 10, working closely with project management and the board. We take pride in our teamwork, ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve the company’s goals.About the role. You will have the opportunity to:Be a part of the team that supports E2E project deliveryPlan the assignment of professionals across projects and tasksMonitor and optimize the level of utilization in the organizationSupport the analysis of the employees’ satisfaction level and assure a low attrition rateBe a part of regular meetings with projects’ leadership and team membersCoordinate the flow of information between sales and recruitment processesEnsure the proper quality of data about employees for effective task management and project staffingCooperate with the Internal Systems team to introduce improvements in the company’s IT systemsAbout the requirements. You need to:Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related fieldHave at least 2 years of experience in Staffing/PMO or similar areasHave top-notch computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)Know English and Polish very wellBe a communicative and analytical person with an eye for detailBe able to organize your own workWe appreciate if additionally you:Like to work with data and know tools like PowerBIAre familiar with IT terminologyAbout our promises.
