Advanced command of Polish and English (min. B2 level), Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Excel, Power Bi etc., Team Player approach, Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively, Excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle routine administrative tasks efficiently, A can-do attitude and a proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement, Previous experience in Admin or similar roles (1-3 years) is nice to have, Excellent customer service skills, High attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office in Poznań/remote) and travels to other locations in Poland
