Join our Integrations team and help build a robust, scalable platform that connects our AI-powered translation and localization tools with hundreds of services our customers rely on daily. This is more than coding—it’s about architecting a system that makes workflows effortless, developer experience smooth, and enables product teams to deliver value faster.✅ Your responsibilities:Lead design, development, and long-term ownership of the integrations platform and services.Build scalable, multi-tenant systems using Node.js, PHP, microservices, and a PHP monolith.Implement API integrations, webhooks, polling mechanisms, message queues, and event-driven architectures.Improve development lifecycle, CI/CD, testing, observability, and operational excellence.Mentor and elevate team skills through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.Pioneer AI-powered development workflows and tools within the team.🧠 Our requirements:7+ years building and maintaining complex backend systems.Strong experience with Node.js and PHP, modern services, and monolithic architectures.Proven experience in integrations: API versioning, message queues, event-driven architectures.Solid understanding of APIs, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), and cloud services (AWS or similar).Strong judgment in system design and technical decision-making (PoCs, RFCs/ADRs).Commitment to testing, observability, operational excellence, and high-quality code.Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.🌟 What we offer:Stable employment in a fast-growing companyFlexible and remote-friendly working modelHealth and wellbeing benefitsContinuous learning and development opportunitiesModern equipment and comfortable work environment
